SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation – Madison is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison, SSM Health at Home in the Madison Market, and our local health ministries. SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation – Madison and SSM Health at Home Foundation have merged, and St. Mary’s Foundation will now provide philanthropic support to hospice and home care services, including Meals on Wheels.
By partnering with grateful patients, families, and community members, we advance our healing Mission and ensure compassionate care both inside the hospital and in homes throughout southern Wisconsin. Through funding focused initiatives, we help provide exceptional patient care through new technologies, clinical equipment, and staff education.
SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation - Madison is governed by a board of directors, which includes the hospital president, Foundation executive director, current and retired members of medical staff, and a diverse group of community leaders.
