SSM Health St. Clare Foundation serves as a bridge between the SSM Health St. Clare Hospital campuses and the communities we serve – in the greater Baraboo, Lake Delton, and Wisconsin Dells areas. The Foundation helps to advance the health and wellness of all who live and visit those communities. SSM Health St. Clare Foundation - Baraboo and their donors have supported SSM Health St. Clare Hospital’s healing mission with new technologies, clinical equipment, and staff education.
