SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation - Janesville

SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Janesville opened its doors on January 9, 2012, and welcomed its first baby boy early that morning. Since then, the physicians and caregivers at SSM Health St. Mary's have been dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate patient care. SSM Health St. Mary's Foundation - Janesville was chartered to act as a community partner for the hospital.

The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of the state of Wisconsin and a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) under the Internal Revenue Code.
