In 2025, Agnesian HealthCare Foundation proudly invested $3,079,591 to support a wide range of essential programs and high-quality services tailored to meet the unique health care needs of our community - delivering the right care, right now.

  • Provided $300,000 in enhancements to SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital Emergency Room Services, including a new communication infrastructure for real-time coordination with EMS teams across 14 municipalities, advanced CT perfusion software for faster and more effective stroke treatment, and upgraded equipment to ensure critical patients receive timely, safe care.
  • Provided $69,800 to SSM Health Ripon Community Hospital for a new Breast Cancer Hologic Localizer, giving improved access to timely breast cancer diagnostics – eliminating delays. Breast biopsies are more efficient, and are performed locally with better outcomes.
  • Purchased $75,000 of new patient lift equipment for SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital to improve patient and staff safety, enhance efficiency and comfort, and reduce injuries benefitting more than 1,900 patients annually.
  • Provided 1,000+ sleep sacks helping SSM Health hospitals in Fond du Lac and Waupun support a national effort to promote safe sleep practice. This gift promotes infant safety, supports new parents, and ensures every baby goes home with the tools for a safer start.
  • Provided more than $306,000 to support hospice patients who otherwise could not afford the services.
  • Supported 148 patients with more than $66,000 in assistance for essentials such as gas, groceries, rent, or utilities through the Caring for You Fund.
  • Provided more than $100,000 annually to support the SSM Health Samaritan Clinic.
  • Thanks to $104,000 in funding, patients at SSM Health Waupun Memorial Hospital now benefit from a new ultrasound unit that delivers higher-quality images, quicker results, and easier access. This upgrade was supported in part through the generous legacy giving of a local Waupun family.
