Established in 2006, Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation serves and enhances the healing mission of SSM Health Monroe Hospital by combining the giving spirit of our communities with all who enter through our doors.

The SSM Health at Home Foundation of Wisconsin is a nonprofit organization that supports the programs and initiatives of SSM Health at Home in Wisconsin. SSM Health at Home provides assistance across southern Wisconsin to those facing health related issues.
