Year End Giving

SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation follows the IRS "delivered when mailed" rule for acknowledging contributions. Gift checks mailed via U.S. Postal Service with postmark and check date on or before Dec. 31 will be counted for 2024 regardless of when they are received. Please mail checks to:

IRA charitable rollover

Gifts made online before midnight CST on Dec. 31 will also be counted for 2024. If you are interested in giving an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) rollover gift, your IRA administrator/custodian must complete and mail to us on or before Dec. 31.

Please send an email to pmc@ssmhealth.com – attention Brian Fegan. When the shares are received at Northern, SSMHPMC will communicate the shares were received with the Foundation Director.
