Memorials & Tributes

Celebrate a milestone, honor someone special, or remember a loved one.

All gifts to Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation can be made ‘In Memory’ or ‘In Honor’ of someone special. Your gift can be designated to the fund of your choice, and you may provide the name and address of a person or family you wish to be informed of your tribute. Gift amounts are never shared.

Funeral Memorials

If you have recently lost a loved one and would like to direct memorials to Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation, it’s important that you include your wishes in the obituary notice. Wording most often used is, “The family asks that memorial gifts be made to Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation, 515 22nd Avenue, Monroe, WI 53566, or visit ssmhealth.com/DonateMonroe.”
